Evapotranspiration Zone Interactive Map

Introduction to the Evapotranspiration Map:

Simply put, Evapotranspiration (ETo) is the total amount of water lost through evaporation in the soil and transpiration ("breathing") of the plants.  In a drought-prone state, it is of utmost importance to understand this concept and its implications.  Learn more about Evapotranspiration.

Below, start by selecting your ETo zone to perform quick, but accurate, estimates of total water use in your landscape. You'll be amazed how much can be saved with a water-wise landscape!
